　　公元2004年3月31日，在美国发动美伊战争一年零12天之时，美国在伊拉克共死亡9人，其中在伊城市费卢杰遭遇了和11年前索马里几乎相同的一幕，4名美国平民遇袭身亡，当地伊拉克人一边高呼费卢杰是美国人的坟墓等反美口号，一边把被烧焦的尸体从车中拖出来，并用棍棒鞭打尸体，随后，他们又将尸体拖在汽车后面示众。他们还把尸体的残肢挂在桥上和高压电线上。

　　这和11年前，美军特种部队在索马里执行任务时遇袭，尸体被游街示众的一幕惊人的相似，11年前索马里美军的这个惨剧，最终导致了前美国总统克林顿宣布从索马里撤军。为了让后人了解这段历史的真相，而不是整天毫无选择的看着CNN那繁琐的报道。
